Those of you all that couldn't make it to the A Summer Place Car Show on May 27, missed a great time. Even with the hotter than normal weather, the cool cars & location, along with the car-people-camaraderie really made the day.
The HSCA was represented by Rod & Cheryl Seaman, there with a beautiful blue Ch-amaro (driving a Camaro with their Chevelle laid up), along with Ken & Phyllis Ward with their cool '72 Chevelle. Walter Turpin was there with his shiny '72 Chevelle fresh off getting motor work done (maiden voyage with new parts). Melissa & I had the '67 SS sitting proud & one of our newest members, Chris Mast, there with his daughter & her children, had his gorgeous black '68 Pro Street Chevelle & was honored with a parking spot right IN the Summer Place on a town street & received a Top 15 award at the end of the day.
Other club members that we saw attending the event were Jon Daubenspeck, & Ken Townsend & family.
