I also have the ‘69 prostreet Chevelle here, ‘69 Camaro, and some of Dad’s vintage photos here.
I recently decided to sell my ‘67 Camaro drag car, and a guy offered to trade me for this beautiful ‘65 GTO. It has a 400ci Pontiac engine (not the original), a Muncie 4sp, bucket seats, console, and factory gauges (oil, temp, tach, speedo, etc). The gauges all work except the tach, which doesn’t work with the HEI installed (according to the previous owner). This car runs and drives wonderfully. On the weird side, it has a (non stock) AM/FM/CB radio installed......
We like to call it the “Big Red Sled”. :-)
