Hi, our names are Mike and Nancy Forler.  We live just off State Road  67, north of Martinsville.  We have a Marina Blue 66 Chevelle SS that is  matching numbers and date codes.  It has the 396/360 H.P. engine, 4  speed transmission, and 3:31 Eaton posi rear end.  We have replaced the front and rear springs, and all of the brake system except the power
brake booster.  It has had one repaint in 1980 on the original sheet metal.  Our plans, in the near future, is to pull the body off the frame and do a total restoration.  We have had it for a little over 2 years and have learned quite a bit about it - from just cleaning it up as it was hardly ever driven for 18 years by the previous owner.  This is just a little of what we found:
